Kingsmill Farm Cottage is about 20 minutes drive from the A38 and Plymouth.
Directions: From Plymouth take A38 westwards passing over the Tamar Bridge, straight ahead through Saltash tunnel (not left into Saltash), and on to the first roundabout.
Go round this roundabout and on to a second roundabout, from which take A388 signposted Callington. (As you come off this roundabout you pass an Esso Service station on your left, and on your right, there is a branch of Waitrose set back off the road.)
Stay on A388 towards Callington until you pass the Holland Inn on your right. Soon afterwards you come to the Hatt roundabout. Take the last turning off, signposted Botus Fleming.
Follow the road towards Botus Fleming for about 1/2 mile until you come to a small crossroads. Turn left signposted Landulph and Cargreen.
Follow this narrow road, and down a steep, winding, forested hill.
At the bottom of the hill is a T-junction and a small stone bridge. Turn right following signpost towards Landulph and Cargreen.
About 30 metres from the junction, you will see the gate to Kingsmill Farm straight ahead, set among trees on the right hand side of the road. The end of the drive forks into two.
Your cottage is straight ahead.
The left fork leads up the hill to our house. Our front door is down the stone steps beside the house, and round the corner. We will be here to welcome you and give you your key.
